About Me
I am a Christian man looking to help revolutionize how people think about their body,mind,and spirit. I am currently 20 years of age, and I have developed my own ways of thinking behind strength training, hypertrophy, and explosiveness. I have been able to learn over the last 6-7 years of training what it means to train correctly, smart, and efficiently. I have decided to start my own online coaching business mainly to pursue people and give them the same joy I experienced physically, mentally, and spiritually.
